Geez, why did Blizzard have to ruin my holiday weekend by making Warsong Gultch the Call to Arms battleground?

Worst battleground ever!

They all suck.

IMO WSG and AB suck because it takes forever to get rep for the respective factions. Whihc is why I'm always in AV.

I had a lot of fun in AB recenlty. I was trying to level at the time so I stopped because it wasn't enough XP based on the time it took to complete, even being call to arms that weekend, but if you are in it for the fun alone I had lots.


As a resto Shaman I was able to hold my node against a Druid and a hunter, keeping myself alive and making sure they couldn't cap the node. I lasted a good 5 minutes for sure I was finally going down when the round ended but I was quite impressed.


As elemental spec I always defended lumbermill, because of the thunderstorm pushback ability, sending multiple people off the cliff to their deaths was great fun.

Some BGs suck because they're old, but WSG sucked even when it was new, and has carried on sucking for five-ish years now.

wsg is my favorite

WSG is my favorite BG and the only one I consistently play

WSG and AB are great with decent players (assuming you actually play the BG as intended and you're not just there to kill).

EotS and AV are at least halfway decent even when your team is pretty stupid.

All of them suck when your team isn't half as good as your opponents.

I've been pleasantly surprised this weekend. Normally I'm not much of a fan of WSG, but I've won about 60% of the games I've played. I'm playing ally on hellscream server and in the low end bracket 10-14 and 15-19 range.
