Have two guildies already 82 without much effort, they've been mainly running dungeons over and over.
I am waiting for the FedEx truck. At least I know it is in town so I will have it before supper.

That's what I'd be afraid of if the price and release schedule remain the same.
I think it took me just under two weeks to get to max level in LK and that seemed pretty quick considering that the leveling process is the most fun aspect of the game for me. I haven't played Cata yet, but it looks like it might be quicker and that is concerning.

Going to find out myself later today but there seems to be a lot of complaints that stuff is to powerful and players are getting crap kicked out of them by the wild life while questing in the new 81-85 areas so maybe leveling will not be that fast.

I've seen that as well. Normally something that might take 5% of my life is getting me down to around 50% or 60%. A bit harder but more of a challenge I guess. It's not like you are just blowing your way through mobs. They are pissed now and showing it, lol.

I've encountered a few challenging mobs early, but once I got quest gear on that changed dramatically. Though I did come across some level 83 mobs at level 80 that were ripping my pet apart, it ended up dying on the killing blow of the mob even with spamming mend pet as the ticks wore off. Could have just been the level gap at the time though.
One major 'challenging' part about the mobs is the insane respawn rate of them. Half the time you are standing in one spot killing a mob five times in a row because of it's instant pop, before you even have the chance of getting away.
