...getting stuck in a dungeon finder with a partial guild group? always a bunch of d-bags...healer doesn't heal or even rez the non-guildy sometimes...gotta listen to their lame retarded internet speak conversations in party chat, etc. i would think that a partial guild group means they would be more efficient but i always get stuck with a bunch of morons. they won't listen to advice on encounters, etc.

worst part is u gotta put up with their crap or else risk being kicked. and with a 45 min queue sometimes u gotta put up with it.

I have had a plethera of guild invites, and requests to keep running more dungeons from partial guild groups.

Perhaps it's just you?

I'm surprised this happens. A non-guild tank realized the rest of us were all guilded, and actually asked, "Oh.. umm, you guys are all in the same guild. Does that mean you'll kick me if good loot drops?" We were floored. Didn't realize people have been that douchy in guild randoms like that.

Run went smoothly. Unfortunately, no upgrades dropped for the poor guy. I just can't imagine treating someone like dirt just cause they're not in the same guild as me. (Unless of course they're total jerks.

Yeah people tend to go on power trips. I was in a group the other day where 1 guy was 2 boxing, a tank and a mage. We wiped on a boss and he started being real hateful to the healer, calling him a dumbass and such. The other dps and I told him to knock it off. On the next boss, I asked for a mage table (my second time asking) and was immediately kicked. I was second highest dps so I'm guessing it was because I spoke up about his attitude and dared to ask his mage to do more then follow the tank around and auto cast.

I was in a partial group the other day, I was with a tank in my guild, dps'ing on my Shaman. The healer in the group kept asking if I would take over healing. I continued to decline. We wiped once, I ran back and one of the guildies chose not to release and run back. The healer in his guild refused to rez him and told him to release like every one else.

I was already back where we wiped so I offered to rez him and did so. The guild member thanked me. The healer whispered me and told me not to do that anymore. I simply didn't respond.

Well, consider that there are a LOT of people for whom materialism and general d-baggery does not impact their means of livelihood. For the rest of us that actually work for a living, exhibiting such glaring character flaws would rather quickly get us run out of town on a rail. Plus, when you're still a kid, it's all about one-upmanship and who has the better car, nicer book-bag and designer label clothes. Most of us eventually grow up.

Then again, maybe I'm just being overly cynical...
