...getting stuck in a dungeon finder with a partial guild group? always a bunch of d-bags...healer doesn't heal or even rez the non-guildy sometimes...gotta listen to their lame retarded internet speak conversations in party chat, etc. i would think that a partial guild group means they would be more efficient but i always get stuck with a bunch of morons. they won't listen to advice on encounters, etc.
worst part is u gotta put up with their crap or else risk being kicked. and with a 45 min queue sometimes u gotta put up with it.

Should just pull a couple groups and wipe them/yourself, then quit.
Most likely they're gonna boot you anyways.
I don't group alone, so rarely have this type of issue

well i never got kicked just for being the non-guildy, although i heard stories of that. its just if u say anything contradictory to what they are doing chances are you are outta there.
yesterday it was 3 people from the guild, me, and some other random tank. tank was telling them politely not to break cc...he got booted right after that pull. i knew from how bad they were playing that we would not make it far so i wiped them right after that and group broke up. didn't want to give them the satisfaction of continuing after they kicked that guy for no good reason.

I haven't had that happen for a while, but I have had it happen on several occasions.
Well, I should say, bad partial guild groups. The ones where they are not very good but feed into each that they are good players, like in your situation, they don't want input from you, they know better.

A Gnome DK? not really, unless it's a Tauren paladin. Although I'm actually almost sold on the Tauren thing...still creeps me out to meet one in a BG though.
Never get stuck ina Q. I'm a tank. And yes, that sucks.
