Said it before, will say it again : these clowns would not last a day at a real company's IT department, before they are kicked out on the seats of their pants.

Why would you even mention that? Did I say I was an IT person? WTH does that have to do with ANYthing? Are only IT ppl allowed on these boards? If so, Im SOOO sorry. But like a 3rd grader, if it makes you feel better about yourself to needlessly insult people that you dont know, hey.. good for you!

This is really pissing me off. I went to reinstall authenticator and now it wants a 14 digit serial number and theres only 12 in my itouch. I tried US 1st but that doesnt work either

i had this for the first time last night. tried on and off over a couple hours - did not change. then i got spam crazy and just kept trying to log on a dozen times and it finally worked.
have not had the login problem since then. i think it learned its lesson. don't mess with me.

Just keep trying. It took me over 10 attempts, but I've gotten in several times when there were problems.

One thing that I did yesterday that fixed this problem (for me at least) is:
Close WoW completely
Open a command prompt
type:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
I also removed the cache folder in my WoW directory. I was able to log in on the first try after doing the above. This has worked several times in the past that there's been authentication problems.
Hope this helps anyone that's still having problems
