Played all last night. then cant og in today. 12 hours after its supposed to be fixed.

Yes, but see, as they roll the fix out to more and more of their logon servers, the problems will appear less frequently. Evidently they hav to send the patch to each one via courier hamster, and those little fuzzy beasts are a bit hung over still. So it takes a while, understandably.
I read one of the blue responses on one of the many posts on the tech support forum, and it sounds to me like whatever they did to F this up, they have to manually log in to each server to fix it. Lord only knows how long it is taking on each, and how many servers they have total and how many are "fixed" but I am experiencing not less, but more frequent. At least last night I was able to get in after the 10th attempt or so. I'm sure they have a skeleton crew running over the holiday weekend, and don't want to call in any help that might actually know something, since this is not "game breaking" after all. Not for those who are in the game anyway.

In the past 12 hours I was hacked by a gold farmer who was able to set up characters in four realms and advertise their sale, I reset my password and bought an Authenticator. When I went back into game I noticed as before that my interface was changed and my keyboard was off by one key to the left, plus new actions for keys. I'm assuming my interface and keyboard are currently set to the hackers specifications. After I saw this same set up after I logged in with the new password I went back and reset my password again. Now I cannot log into the game at all. I've gone to Blizzard.net and contacted support about this issue. I'm assuming all I need to do at this point is just reset my interface and keyboard. However, I need to be able to connect to the game first.
Any ideas?

First time i experienced it was this morning. Still going on. I was able to log in all day and night yesterday though.

They say to try again in a Short time?
Short time for who?
It could mean minutes or days lol. 1 year is a pretty short amount of time in a century.

Just keep trying. It took me over 10 attempts, but I've gotten in several times when there were problems.

This is how I was able to get in last night. I copied my password so that ctrl-v would paste it in. Then I kept attempting to login until it worked, like 1-5 tries. The next problem was it would give me the realm selection list. Every second or two I hit the enter key, which would attempt to get to the server, and eventually (1-25 attempts), it would get there.

Okay, this is the problem. When it says you have to convert it, it gives you a link to battlenet and then you put in a CD key. I accidently put in a trial CD number that came in the box and started a new account. No big deal. Except it doesnt require the authenticator so that window went away. And when I try and log onto it with my regular account, the window doesnt come back not does the authenticator window popup like it used to. Yes, I copy/pasted also and tried several times. Nuttin.
