I could see this being more popular in a PvE environment. You simply couldn't react quickly enough to PvP effectively.

We could also make an interface that would have various regions on your desk marked off with tape. Based upon where you slammed your forehead, it would activate a different special move... but why?

How about putting a mat or a pillow on the desktop; that way /faceroll will be even easier!
