They appear to have improved hand-eye-screen coordination lately, the game reacts more like WoW now, and no longer like a Warhammer clone.
That's pretty good.
Definitely the best EQ clone since LOTRO - and now the combat system and dynamics are definitely better than LOTRO. Hopefully they will be able to develop the game a bit more story wise, they have the potential in their setting, AND they aren't tied by an existing license (no Tolkien lore here).
I like where this is heading to. Maybe finally a game to put a dent in WoW's population.

Yea, I actually finally got back in to the game last night and scrolled through their descripts.. figured it'd be a warrior type. Have gone Paragon/riftblade for it so far.. was thinking about beastmaster for the 3rd.

The leveling is similar to WoW for me. Grab every quest and go kill stuff or collect stuff or use an item on stuff. It is refreshing to have new classes with new abilities though. My only question would be about the endgame. What do we do once we get to max level? As long as there is pvp, I'll be happy. I'm not the majority of the population though.

As already said in this thread, PvP is worrying because it will be a real balancing nightmare with the character development system. In my opinion, people who were complaining about balance in WoW or even DAoC will cry rivers of blood tears in this game.

So level 10 now with paragon/rift/beastmaster. It's pretty flipping insane and i went from not planning to buying it to definitely buying it, just to play the character at release and flesh it out. I could care less about the content, if none is there when I'm done then I'll be done but right now this guy is like a duel wielding conan meets Beastmaster (from the older movie). I just need my two ferrets to steal things for me.
