If you look at the history of pretty much every BG, it seems to take Blizz a long time to come close to getting it right (if they ever do). By the time they got Wintergrasp balanced a lot of folks were bored with it and moved on.

Last night in Tol Barad I was with an alliance on defense and horde beat the crap out of us and took it in about 8 minutes. Sadly, when it came alliance turn on attack, we couldn't manage it. Just sucky play. From time to time, you get folks in Tol Barad who are pretty good and know what is up. But, like most every BG, its not uncommon to see folks running off on tangents.

On the bright side, I like any BG that is NOT cross-realm, because, over time you get to know folks you pvp with - both enemies and allies. And, in my book, that usually makes it a better experience.

Sad change was taking away all herbs and mine nodes 15 minutes before and throughout the battle.
