This may be under the "not paying attention" catagory on the dev side more then anything. They changed the quests in Tol Barad island to always give 6. The problem is, even when you get the 5, you still get 6 commendations. The days that people get 5 are the days you have to kill "Tank", which awards 2 commendations for a total of 6. The same amount you would get on a 6 quests day.
I also thought it stupid to up the cost of conquest weapons. I understand their intention was to try and discourage people from using the pvp sets for pve. However, the stats on them didn't change (that I noticed) and increasing the cost only makes it take a week longer to get the weapon oO.
They put the honor heirloom vendor in org (and I'm assuming stormwind or some other ally city as well.) This pretty well assures the demise of wintergrasp though (at least on my server.)

Cooking daily in SW no longer rewards points in cooking, I guess they did not want players leveling the profession via the daily, even though it was only 1-2 whole points a day.
Hmm, I just did one and gained a skill in cooking. The quest journal still even says you gain cooking skill. Maybe you were either capped or at the max level on your toon when you turned it in? I know I forgot to train the next level of cooking once and lost the skill point.

Teh took the fun out Throe of hte Tides. You used to be able to mount up on teh jellyfish and then sit on someone's mount's head. Why'd they fix that?! If it's supposedt o be "fun" they just nerfed one of hte funnest things in th game. And it didn't even affect the mechanics of the dungeons. /sigh Way to go.

Changing the reqs for "The Exalted" title - stupid and worthless.
I had this title before Cataclysm came out... now I have to grind MORE reps to reacquire it.
Total bullshite.

Good old error 132 was a worthless change added
And the jellyfish mount in ToT..yes, there was some HUGE exploits that could be done with that. You could piggyback any class on top of another and stack them, and everyone on top of the person doing the running around couldn't get hurt, could cast while moving and if a rogue was on the very top EVERYONE could stealth and nothing they did would break it unless the bottom one did something to pop stealth.
Trust me on this..it was a huge exploit. Fun too!

I don't really mind the hook. They probably could have fixed something else that actually needed it, but no big deal.
I like that I now fall out of flight form when I survey with my druid... but I agree that the puff of smoke is sort of annoying and my bird now does some kind of awkward dip.
They also apparently fixed that you can't loot 2 barrels from 1 keg in the Dragonmaw dailies.
