I don't know how it is on your server, and anecdotal evidence is anecdotal evidence, but afaict, the queues are still 40 minutes long, the dps still blows in terms of moving, and this only encourages lesser geared tanks and healers to think they're ready to roll heroics. Upside, seeing someone do 4k dps in a heroic with a 15% buff. That takes skill, dude.

It was always perfectly clear that the problem some people are having with heroics is due to a lack of basic competence, and that a small addition to damage and healing and hit points wasn't going to help them. You don't need to be able to stand in the fire for 15% longer to get a kill, you need to not stand in the fire.

It is not just that, the other problem is everyone is running with recount with the mindset that if you are not pulling 8-10k you should not be there but even with that 15% buff most are not pulling anywhere near that.
Not only that but I don't think the dps gaps between classes has never been so far a part in the history of WoW; you have mages pulling 12k+ on one end, Rets whom still can't break 7k on the other end and everyone else spread out in between them. Even the once were kings of burst damage, Rogues are wallowing on the low end. In fact DPS is so messed up that quite often the Tank ends up the DPS leader.
To make matters worse patch 4.06 as well as the recent of hot fixes have more nerfs than buffs pertaining to DPS so that gap only widened. Yet you have a plethora of out and out liars on the official forums claiming they are pulling 15-20k in heroics easy. Most of whom are likely Blizz employees or paid to post jackasses protecting the devs with false claims the rest are just idiots looking for attention.
I know I have three 85's that I run through Heroics and only ever seen 15k hit once and that was a mage, most never break 8k.

My DPS ques are 20 minutes. According to the Blizz Gods I can now start running heroics....since they unlocked. Will I, no. I'm still going to run the norms to get the mechanics down.

Mechanics are different in Heroics though.
