How does something have decreased usefulness when you use it every day in multiple encounters? It can even still be used in certain raid encounters so you can't even argue that it's totally useless in raids. I mean I don't know much at all about warriors but the one I run with really does get a lot of use out of it so I just don't see how you can argue against it at all.
