Not without simultaneously nerfing both Heads and Asses by approximately 76.23%, so that in effect the results should still be the same unless you have a really large Ass, at which point it could possibly be considered a nerf. But it is ok because the changes will be done in phases, so that not everyone can see all at once how large their Asses have really become.
