we're really happy with how Cataclysm is going so far,

This dude shouldn't even be allowed to talk to the customers, at all.
He may be a good Developer(right), but he's definately not a person who should be writing blogs.
Blizzard should be spending more time making their game better instead of worse, and not have their people writing f*cking blogs.

We used to have these finger rocket fights where I worked at the height of the dot com boom. Good times. They would fly across the whole room and are fairly accurate. You'd pop your head up above the cube walls and the next thing you know : BOOM, headshot!

I read the whole first part but skimmed the last and I think that his opening statement was out of context. As in, he didn't explain the context before making the statement or immediately after. Apparently forum posters were saying he "posts as if from on high" and he was poking fun at them.
With that said, he is an arrogant ass. He reminds me of Ghaddafi in Libya in that he honestly thinks his people like him. GC, I think, honestly thinks players like him and think he is doing a good job....utterly astonishing.
