K, I'm irritated |
Was excited about playing a Tauren pally, got mine to 20, got the mount. Kept the (censored)-ugly screenshot and promptly deleted the toon.
Stopped playing my (then) 80 draenei pally when the change went in. Did take part in one of the several threads on the official forum about the issue. I can't even remember what excuse they came up with now for the change, because the "logic" behind it was so capricious, it wasn't memorable.
Love the "change for the sake of arbitrary change" in their 'persistent' world.

Ladies and gentlemen (I use the terms loosely, of course), I give you the preceding as an example of how Blizzard is unwittingly fragmenting their own community. Unless, of course, they're doing this to weaken WoW's long-term draw in preparation for moving everyone to Titan where all these "community" issues are magically fixed per the long-standing and well-thought-out requests of dozens -- nay HUNDREDS -- on the forums. If that proves true, and Titan (or whatever it'll be called) does even better than WoW, then the joke's on the gaming public.

WoW was the only Blizzard product I have ever purchased.
With the newly evolving reputation they are making for themselves, it may stay that way.
I'd love to say that's VN board posturing on my part; I'm severely concerned about their decision making process, and their continuing willingness to ignore their customer experience. If that's their current/future culture/policy, coming at the expense of product quality, it doesn't bode well for the future, even if the "A" team is on the initial product.

If your alliance guild is level 25, you can send the lion to your horde characters, and it will automatically be converted to the scorpion (it's BoAccount).

We got the stupid "paladin elephant" to "balance" the mounts since worgen didn't get their own mount. This is just worse and worse.
/facepalm
Carriages are not badass. You sit in one with a parasol, talk about the weather and sip wine. You sit on a 10 foot scorpion with its most deadly weapon dangling just behind your left ear and wear earplugs so its nasty screeching doesn't make you go deaf. See the difference?

Shame the korkron gets changed into a lion if you send cross faction.
With enough complaints the lion will be changed into something less fluffy
