I cannot remember a single friend of mine that played UO, that did not craft in the following manner...
1. Turn on macro.
2. Go to sleep.
Sounds very similar to AC1, except there you could level in this way, and still can.

Exactly.
Both games had cheaters/macroers and also people who actually played the game instead of letting a bot do it.
That doesn't make what I've said about them in the previous post less valid.

I've been playing the free 7-day thing they emailed me. I think my server could stand to lose a few subscribers. There are far too many people everywhere (cities, quest areas, etc.). A server split would be perfect.

Not joking it's the only MMO I'm playing now  LOL my time is limited and have been playing the game with my son, damn game got me hooked! now I a few characters to play with the family and solo |

Hehe! I play this every once in a while. Nice simple game to veg out when you only have limited time. And the lore is interesting enough to keep me buying 5K crowns for it every few months.

We understood perfectly...
UO's crafting system had the same flaw as AC's.

Dammit, I give in. I am going to download and resub to AC tonight. We'll see how many times I can die while I try to learn how to play again.
