snippet from PTR Build 14199, Patch 4.2
If a player wins a Need roll under the Need Before Greed system on a Bind on Equip item, the item will become Soulbound to that player. The item will remain unbound if won via a Greed roll.

That's a great change. Keeps people from taking BOE items just to sell.

that is a fantastic change
so many times everyone just rolls need on the item just cause its worth 1-2k on AH while one guy could actually use it

person 1-4 roll /greed
person 5 rolls /need (whether he needs it or not) and /leaves the group. /vendors it.
Because people are just mean that way

Better then him rolling need and then leaving group to go make a few thousand on the AH.

Now, if they could only make it to where that BOE could only be Needed by a person if that item was for their class or profession, it would be a total win!
