Maybe in total. Most of them have to be unlocked by grinding other dailies. Once unlocked I believe you get a random selection of dailies. Since you unlock new vendors and quests with tokens I'm sure they're going to limit the number you can get to stretch out the grind as long as possible.

So what is wrong with that? They have done those types of quests since the Netherwing expansion for Burning Crusade 5 years ago.

Kind of answered your own question. They've been doing this same tired stuff for years now. Hard to get too excited about another daily quest grind.
