What I would like to see in the next expac |
I'm totally dreaming I know...
A third faction. Basically make the scourge playable. Valkyrs, Vrykul, ghouls, banshees, leapers as the races. Their homeland / new zones could be the "underneath" of Northrend (think dropping down the hole under ICC) plus a few new dungeon and crypt areas in the old worlds.
Now add in a few PvP zones that have NO timers that give faction bonuses when crontrolled, bring back world PvP rewards, create some new bosses (why the hell don't they have a "create a boss" contest?) and sexy (not clunky, no dresses for paladins) new armor. And toss in missile packs for flying mounts as well for aerial combat, allow engineers to make and drive personal tanks and convert mechanohogs into flying machines. I'd be happy. Oh and big cloaks like the hyjal guardians are wearing.

Miss DAoC much?
I would love to see this also. If they would implement that and reverse the talent trees to their original way (prior to 4.0) I would re-activate.

Is it that obvious? Wellt he they only have tow factions and keep timers on all thiere "awesome rela world PvP zones!" in order to keep things "fair" and the best way to balance things seriously if you have real world pvp is to remove tiers and add another faction, there will always be an under dog but the top dog will always have at least two factions who will want to gang up on him. Simple right?
And yes...reset the stupid talent trees!!! I liked doing hybrid specs. As far as the those casual clueless people who'd put points wherever...they usually don't raid much so how does it affect anyone but themselves?

Great ideas.
Also, the xpac needs to take place after world has been REBUILT from the cataclysm, thereby completely wiping out everything in this pathetic expansion, and making the zones not look like wet cat ass anymore (I.E. repair booty bay, stormwind, westfall, etc.) and just not have cataclysm exist, AT ALL.

I was just thinking about this the other day. It's totally possible to make the Scourge a third faction via the new Lich King.
