Quazi is right. You can't dodge or anything when being attacked from behind, only the inherent 5% miss (assuming that's even still around, not sure on that). Only mobs can dodge attacks from behind.

Sadly enough I've had to actually tell tanks this in 5-mans... That and "please don't cast exorcism or heals else while tanking stuff. Please."

LRStrafe.
As a tank I always pull the mobs and then back away fromt eh group so the mobs are all in front of me and have their backs to the group. A mob can not block, dodge or parry any blows from behind either.
