Well I have been saying for a while that a race being able to start off as neutral and then eventually choose a path to go down would be interesting.

Also it looks like they understood the fact that they messed up with the Talent Trees:

Character builds are going to be entirely revamped. Talents were still too cookie cutter, so the developers want to give players more choices in their talents.

Panda's are utterly stupid.

The rest seems fine.

I have nothing wrong with the Pandas, I will follow the expansion and see how it develops. In all likely hood I'll probably check out the expansion, even if it is only for a month and buy it sometime down the line well after launch.

I just finished reading how Talents are going to be done, and I don't know if it is any better than the current system. Sounds like it might be even more restrictive.

Monks will NOT be pandaren only. All races can be a monk except goblin and worgen.

Just read the whole update at mmo-champ, and honestly, I'm going to allow myself to be excited about this expansion. A lot of great features being planned, and I'm a monk class whore, so that's exciting.

Will they deliver on everything they promise? Umm, no, learned my lesson one too many times -- but I'll still be excited. Being excited is fun.

Between this and GW2, maybe I'll actually care about MMO's again.

I will buy it. I enjoyed the 80-85 quests and such. Just got bored after that. Maybe they will go back to how wotlk was and I will stay with it after the level cap. Other wise I will just cancel my sub again. Still will get my moneys worth out of the cost of the box.

Of course I'll buy it, but I fear another 1 week enjoyment, then quit. 5-levels is just not enough. At least with 10, you can take your time, do dungeons along the way, work a few reps, et cetera.

80-85 happened just while doing things, and not because I was trying to level quickly.

The neutral class idea is cool, although not so cool if they don't supplement the apparent shortcut of making a single new race instead of two.

It also makes me wonder how this will play out in China. If Blizzard can't sell the expansion in China due to the Panda being a symbol for Japan (this was the reason gave last time they didn't do Pandas), then what happens to the 11 million subscriber number?
