I'm playing both wow and swtor.. and swtor won't hold me nearly as long as wow has. and thats just plain obvious to me. i thought the dialogue and storylines were really awesome at first.. now they're just annoying and i spacebar through them really fast on anything that isn't my class or companion storyline. amd i hear there isn't much endgame so when i get there i don't know what i'll do.

i do enjoy SWTOR.. and it's an amazing single player game.. and a crummy MMO. i feel like i'm playing DA2 or ME and not an MMO. now i get for a lot of people that's what they want, but i like to play mmo's more than i like single player games(i still like single player games but choose mmo's over them)


anyways.. blizzard has shown time and again that people leave when a game comes out and usually within 6 months probably 50% or more of the players that left for the new game comes back to wow.


that and really.. the game is over 8 years old now (think about the fact it was released 7 and half years ago, personnally i was in the beta, others were playing before me in beta, there was the alpha stage, etc.) this game has more than lasted it's fair share of success. name any other game or franchise that's lasted this long and had even 10% of the subscribers as wow and you won't find one. so if the end is near, the end is near. there's nothing to beat on blizzard for.

i mean seriously... listen to all the people.. they're like... "OH NOES!!@#! the end is near for the game i stopped playing 6 years ago!@!!$!$! i mean, it's still got 5 times the subsribers of any other game on the market but it's gonna dieWER!#@$!$ ZOMG!$@!$!$@ !$"

really people.. get a hold of yourselfs.
