Add vnboards.ign.com#a(class=BoardUserIconLink) to your Ad Block Preferences... but that'll get rid of ALL icons.... If you can manage to figure out how to get the code right you basically need to block http://tinypic.com in board class=BoardUserIconLink on *boards.ign.com ... I've not figured that out.. Steelwind gave me the code above.
EDIT: They did say they want to add that functionality later
