1. Which realm has the best pet class for farming with a bot?
2. How would you rank each pet from best to worst
3. Is it better to just charm your own for farming and are charmed pets superior to summoned ones and if so by how big a margin?
4. How big of an affect does Celerity have on pets and is it worth running a Healer bot just for Celerity?
5. Which can take on bigger mobs when botted? Or is it better to just farm lots of smaller mobs?

Are you talking about focus shield farming?
If so it's a toss up really.
Chanter pets are pretty stable with decent options.
Spiritmaster pets intercept which is awesome for pbaoe, but they aren't that great for focus. They also lifetap every now and then which can be vital in a close fight.
Cabby's used to have the best for focus till they nerfed the imbue function. They are still nice because the speed buff the pet gets works in combat too. So faster pet = faster pulls and less hits on the pet as you bring em in, because he moves out of melee range.
For focus with charm SM is the best option. You get yellow focus and can charm a 50. Only problem is most of the really good charmed pets are over 50 in laby. Outside of laby you can get some real kick ass ones though. I love charming a 49 or 50 drinker from agramon, buff it up, and ML9 it and watch it wreak havoc on mobs.
Also for a bot anything with spec buffs and the heal proc buff is awesome, because the heal proc buff affects your pet. Makes for easy focus pulling.

for single targets how much does having celerity stacked with normal haste you cast on pet yourself help with killing. I heard some charmed mobs can 4-5 shot purples if given highest level Celerity
Also is there anything in ToA worth farming for drops that a SM+bot can do?

I'm not sure on the celerity tbh. I used a warden bot to check it a couple times and didn't see a huge improvement, but I didn't sit there and calculate if there was a difference either.
If celerity does help your pet, I would suggest a warden instead of a healer: celerity, bubble, base buffs and guard.
imo yes there are some nice things you can take in ToA with that duo.
*Disclaimer*: My opinion isn't always the accepted "norm".
You can take colosals, do ML7 dungeon, and a few other spots to rake in the atlantean glass which you can use to buy most things. There are a couple encounters you could pull off too for drops, but I can't think of any off the top of my head.

this will be on Ywain so no warden+SM. Just figured Id ask here cause people on PvE server proly know more about pve.
Hmm says Mentalists also can charm. Guess I can do Warden+Mentalist and still be able to farm with a charmed pet.

Sorc + ML9 Sally + Buff Bot = Dead Master Afrit (Cabby + ML9 Jade Pet works too)
Sorc + released ML9 Scorcher + Buff Bot = Dead Gothwaite Harbour or Castle
Necro with Buff Bot can be useful for those mobs where you have to be in melee range for the pet to attack them, especially ones that do AoE's. Bot can stay safely out of range, and you are in shade form so don't have to worry about AoE's unlike other casters.
I used to farm Lyonesse with Cabby/Cleric duo and with the heal proc up you can wipe full camps out with little problems. Most of the time you don't even need ML9 with the heal proc returning more health than they are taking. Very good for if you need alchemy drops.

How do you do the master afrits? Or even the ones that drop the chests that spawn weapons. Been gone for a while and been trying them with a cleric+cabbie. Thinking about leveling up a sorc as well if they would be better.
