Does this still drop?
I got mine years ago off of the mud-golem thingy's in Avalon Marsh, but those mobs got ramped up to about level 30 a while back and the Scepter is something like a level 10 / early teens item

I actually cancelled for the first time ever. Got every char to level 50 in the game, and a mauler on all 3 realms. Many duplicated, but the ‘announcement’ of 1 super cluster did it for me. I don’t like having triples and quads on the same cluster. I gave up on Warhammer, it’s the same crap over and over and scenarios’ never pop. I went back to WoW with my sister and am actually enjoying my time. I’m sad about DAOC, but think I’m done until origins. Sad… but done.
