mm wait until you get to where i am mentally! you'll be unable to remember what happened yesterday but entirely capable of making intricate plans and acting them out over the course of several months. like i'm playing a game with my therapist that he doesn't know about. it's tons of fun for me and i always remember to further it a long but seriously wtf was i doing 20 minutes ago? i have no idea. all i know is for some reason i'm watching stargate and i have to poop.

i'm actually having those memory problems. both long and short term unfortunately. for example apparently i went to a U2 concert a couple of years ago with my wife...no memory of it at all. And i'm constantly forgetting short term stuff which is worse because i keep completely loosing memory of things i was supposed to do or things i did just the other day.

I'm also in the unfortunate position of needing drugs to manage my pain and muscular problems but doctors for the most part are so paranoid about people looking for drugs to get high these days its nearly impossible to get what i need to at least manage the pain. so most of the time i cope with it and stay miserable and only take what i can get a hold of when things get beyond what i can bear.

yeah chronic pain is a bitch to get drugs for because they don't like giving people narcotics to deal with it because then it's like the only way they'll deal with it or something.

I had to basically beg my doctor for a prescription of Clonazepam, having found it was the ONLY thing that helped with the type of pain I experience (from other regular folks like me who wake up daily to pain).


Once Clonazepam no longer does the trick, I fear what the next drug battle will be.


Doc's already very strict on refilling that prescription. Hell, I just quit a 1-2 pack a day smoking habit cold turkey, I think I can quit anything and can be trusted with prescription drugs as not to abuse them.


You know what? Screw it. Just give us medicinal marijuana.

I have a friend that had a prescription for medicinal marijuana. He stopped using it a year ago when he got a new job though. He didn't renew his prescription and he doesn't have his plants anymore either.

the only reason i was given vicodin is because nothing else works for my migraines. i've tried every single migraine specific prescription and none of them did anything for me. the downside is i get rebound headaches but they aren't nearly as bad as the migraines. my therapist told me to suggest medical pot and my doctor was like uh.. no. i can't give you a card for that. if you want a card you have to go see someone else. but i like my pain management people so i'll live with viocdin until it's legalized. pot is WAY better for your body than vicodin, especially if you use a vaporizor instead of smoking it. it would also help me with my asthma (i don't know why it does, but it does.) so i'm like so ready for them to legalize it for medical use. i'd probably gain 100 pounds but i don't really eat right now (my body doesn't tell me i'm hungry so i forget to eat.) so it might be you know.. a good thing.
