lol Golfing sucks |
I made an ace when I was 15ish. Basically learning on a small course. The 2nd shortest hole was like 100 yards. My ball dropped in. My dads shot after mine was within a foot of the hole.
25+ years later and no more aces (although I was with a buddy who hit one on a ~165 yard hole) and I haven't hit a ball for going on 4 years. Herniated disc in back and took the year off and have never went back due to the amount of time it takes. I can't only play a few times a month and be under 20 handicap.

Went to my dad's awhile back and there was some championship game on...like US vs. The World golf version....there are some seriously hot guys < 35 playin golf...made me go WTF I need to take some lessons!!!

Indeed it is a good place to meet guys that have a good income too. Not many slobs can afford to take the time out of their day to gold(EDIT I meant golf but I must have been thinking about golddiggers for somereason). At most good coarses you can't play by yourself and they will match you with another party of players. It's a good way to socialize. Don't get discouraged as it is a hard game that is kinda harder for girls do to certain anatomical hazards.
