I use it a lot, to keep track of a few people in the game bus. it's useful to know when cool stuff is going on that I want to see or take part in.
from here I follow Jessica Chobot... so I know when she's going to do a ModCam or whatever.

This is more than I've done. I haven't even gone to the site, much less signed up for an account. I have no idea what Twitter is or why it's so popular right now.

It's very useful if you actually either have things to say to a whole bunch of people, or want to follow what others are doing. Plus, it now can broadcast to facebook. /shrug, I use it daily on both sides of it.
