Jets gave us a show for a little bit, but now its over. Colts offense is moving almost uncontested at this point.

Defense no longer wins championships. It will be Manning vs Farve or Manning vs Brees. The NFL today is all about the quarterback. You can not win a Superbowl in todays NFL without a good to great quarterback.

whew! im glad that is over...now i can relax till feb. 7th.
i agree with your point on the QB, however Sanchez did play well today. and im happy as hell that Indy won the ground war with the Jets. Ryan kept on talking about how good they are and that will be the difference, well it was!

It's always been about the QB... look at every SB winner and see how many of them didn't have a Hall of Fame QB.

Well you can make the case for the '08 Giants, Eli wasn't exactally view as a future hall of famer before that playoff run. Then you have Dilfer with the Ravens in 2000. Brad Johnson with the Buccs in 2002. Rothlisberger was only in his second season the year he won his first, same can be said about Brady. The last decade a good defense could win you a championship, I think those days are dead, I would expect to see offense running the show this decade.
It is going to be a very miserable two weeks coming up. God do I dislike Manning.
In the late game we will see just how much the football gods hate me. A Farve-Manning superbowl would be a nightmare come true for me.

Trent Dilfer comes to mind...although i like him on ESPN
