The only sticking point that prevents the fight from happening is that Floyd wants stricter performance enhancing drug testing and Manny won't agree to it. Manny won't agree to be steroid tested after 10 days (I believe its 10) before the fight. He is fine with testing up until two weeks before the fight, but after that he says no way.

Not only is Manny hiding behind that excuse its my personal belief that Manny is juicing for his fights and just doesn't want to be caught.

There's an athletic commission that sets the rules for these fights, Floyd Mayweather doesn't make the rules. The difference is 4 days and he agrees to be fully tested after the fight, so I really don't know how anyone can be on Floyd's side here. Especially since he's been avoiding various fighters his whole career.

i didnt know boxing was relevant these days? coruption, cheating, and just a overall lack of someone that the country can get into.
