ESPN reporting that Wade Phillips is gone in Dallas and Jason Garret will take over as interm head coach.

I am not a bit surprised by this, figured Jones would have done this sooner than he did. Maybe Jones needs to fire himself as GM of this team, because I think plenty of blame lies with him.

only two years too late on Wade... Jason Garret needs to be gone by next year too
also I wouldn't mind them cutting everyone on the team not named Dez Bryant
