I respect the list. I've got in-laws whose whole lives revolve around:

* Breakfast = corn flakes

* Lunch = sandwich & chips

* Supper = some meat, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, and some desert. (most of which is store bought or out of a can/box)

It's so GD boring every time we visit. When they visit us, I try to add something outside of their element. Mostly stuff they're familiar with, but maybe something different like asparagus. Zilch. Nada. They're perfectly copacetic in their small little culinary world. Fortunately, my wife is the black sheep of the family. My only problem with her is the low carb diet she's on. It's like painting a picture using only half your colors.

I have had pounds of this, but for those that may not know what it is:

27. Gjetost, or brunost: This is Norwegian Goat Cheese. It is brown in color and damn good. It is marketed in other countries under the name "Ski Queen". Hickory Farms used to sell it years ago. Direct translations of the words: Goat Cheese or Brown Cheese.

Did they compile this list with the aid of a dartboard and random throwing?

Had some 27 with Breakfast this morning. Got a nice large "brick" in my fridge. Anyone want to try some, come on over! The variety I have right now is actually the mild version of it, cut with cream.
