My favorite is pepperoni, Italian sausage, black olives, green peppers, onions and extra cheese. I usually have pepperoni/Italian sausage/extra cheese because hubby doesn't care for the olives, peppers and onions.

Our local microbrewery makes a Greek Pizza... pesto sauce, feta cheese, marinated portabello mushrooms and artichoke hearts. It's yummy.
I also like a good combo pizza, or sausage/green pepper/onions. Pepperoni is always a good standby, with extra cheese, of course.

The usual is pepperoni with extra cheese and extra sauce (the SO likes the extras).
The yummiest pizza I've ever eaten was a Mediterranean Pizza. It had tomato sauce, cheese, gyro meat, onions, black olives, sliced tomato, fresh basil, and feta cheese on an almost crispy dough. It was simply to die for.

Small college town chain called Woodstock's:
Large Whole Wheat crust with creamy garlic sauce and ham.
BJ's Chicago Pizzeria have decent deep-dish pizzas, don't have a favorite.
California Pizza Kitchen has a lot of great combinations.

from around here it is usually, Pepperoni, onion, pineapple, and bacon pieces
Favorite pizza ever: MellowMushroom Pizza. Whole wheat crust, pizza sauce, onion, shrooms, bell pepper, banana pepper, broccoli, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts Mozzarella and feta cheese!
