i ended up just making them plain
rice with sesame seeds ... she loved them .... this weekend i will do the other cool stuck ... but i will have to ask her what she wants in them
she might go with an italian style sushi roll
fresh basil leaves - thinly sliced tomato - and fresh mozzarella

my current favorite has crab, avacado, cucumber, sweet egg, some kind of squash wrapped in the rice and smoked salmon on top
