I wondered that as well. I'm not a fan of fast food, but I can handle a Filet-o-Fish a couple times a year. I saw the commercial mentioned Panko bread crumbs and I like those a lot. I just never go to Wendy's. /shrugs

I've never had the Fish Filet from McDonalds, but we tried the Wendys one last night. The breading *was* good, but the fish smelled like rotten fish and it tasted gross.

Sorry I live in Florida there is too much fresh fish around here to go eat it at wendy's...  |
