regular old and ordinary
white bread, american cheese, butter
i do like fancy ones tho, but that is the comfort food one.
for fancy, i love havarti ones, or brie

try havarti. it is mild but good.
i also like to add shaved ham (your choice what kind), or a slice or 2 of bacon, but only a little as i think the cheese should be the dominant feature
