I usually just add a bit of black pepper, salt and sometimes dry yellow mustard A bit of miracle Whip or Mayo and sprinkle with paprika.

am I missing any thing I should try adding.

I don't use mustard every time I make them. I like some fresh dill in the stuffing. Miracle whip is much better, that's what I use also.

I like adding minced water chestnuts to deviled eggs.

They don't have any flavor but are very crunchy.

real mayo, generous mustard, salt and pepper

i will top w/ some black and red, or some paprika, or even some smoked paprika. also some celery seed sometimes.

Bestfoods, mustard, salt pepper, dill pickle juice, and of course paprika on the top.


Neat little trick I learned from Alton Brown. The night before you plan on making deviled eggs put your carton of eggs on its side in the fridge. Your yolks will be perfectly centered =)

Special sauce: spon of amyo, squirt of ketchup, squirt of honey mastard, dash of salt, teaspoon of pepper, mix until thoroughly orange and zesty.


Super good on sandwiches, and with your deviled eggs.
