I use a thermometer on all meat. I don't think pink or rare beef tastes any better than meat that is fully cooked. If cooked and seasoned well, meat doesn't have to bleed to taste good.

That is not safe it's would kind of be like eating blow fish sushi prepared by an amateur.

i think it depends on how you cook it
low and slow ... pink is ok

Saying it's dangerous is an ill-informed opinion.
As long as the meat is cooked to the proper temperature, then it's safe.

Eating it pink under a specified temp is flat unsafe. My dad was a large animal vet and pigs can not be prevented from picking up trichinosis and other meat borne parasites that are easily transferred to humans if not killed in the cooking process.
