Ann Burrell grilled a pork tenderloin until it was slightly pink on the inside.
I'd have a hard time eating that. Perhaps it's old fashioned but I prefer well done and still juicy.

i have had it pink, i don't find it improves the flavor as rare improves beef or venison.

I personally dont like any meat that I eat to be pink or red in the middle...I dont like it to be burnt either. Thats what I dont understand when I watch shows like Gordon Ramsey's f word and a customer sends back something like a beef wellington and you can clearly see if pinkish red in the middle and he says its crap cause "thats how its supposed to be made" EFf that, if I order meat I want it to be done and not still mooing, oinking,clucking or what have you.
I sometimes have trouble eating bbq'ed meat cause I think something in the bbqing process makes the meat look pink when its completely done.

in bbq'ing, there is a halo, a pink halo that surrounds the meat. this doesn't mean it isn't done, this is a byproduct of a good smoking.
now if you are talking bbq chicken and the pink is near the bone, then no, that is undercooked.

yeah I know this...I just meant it still bothers me looking at it, since I know its completely done  and yes if chicken is pink near the bone its not done

Heh, I watched that same show and almost posted the same question
I like mine pink. But I always use a meat thermometer to make sure it is ok.
