The second time went better. I made a larger batch of batter (enough for about 8 or 10 tries) and came away with 2 decent crepes. I'm still having a problem with sticking; I think I'll try some clarified butter next time I get a chance...

Try a better pan ... that is a huge problem when people try to make them is the pan is not suited for it

Well, dropped crepes for this weekend and made a custard...



Came out well except for the cookie base.
