It is not always easy to find, a good substitute is a full fat yogurt from what i understand.
ok *dumb* question here...but I guess full fat yogurt is very fattening and unhealthy? Im looking for something healthy thats really good and kind of exotic to switch up using chicken since Im on a diet and Im trying to change things up so I dont get bored.
The only thing I can really make at the moment is like a chicken/noodle/vegetable stew
3 boneless chicken breasts
1 bag of frozen butter beans
1 bag of frozen squash
1 small box of elbow macaroni
1 can of diced tomatoes (optional)
I first make a stock with the three chicken breasts just by boiling them. Then add the frozen butter beans, squash and elbow macaroni. Let it cook for about 45 mins to an hr so all the vegetables get really well done. After that I add the can of diced tomatoes and let that simmer for about 10 mins. The can of tomatoes is optional like I said above. I dont add it every time, but its something different to give it more flavor. Also you can use just about any kind of pasta you want I suppose, I found that elbow macaroni works the best though. I've also substituted a few boiled potatoes for the macaroni

Wow I just read up on full fat yogurt, nevermind, no wonder tandoori chicken is so unpopular with the health crowd lol
