WTF? I can't create a poll?

Anywho:

1) Pouring the sauce on top

2) Mixing the sauce in the pasta, then serving

depends on if its just me or i have company

in any case, leftovers are mixed together then refridgerated.

what i prefer is to add the pasta to the sauce and cook a tad more, add parm then serve family style.

oh, and check to see if you already have 5 polls still open, if so, delete them.

I like it over the top. It seems like if you mix it in, the sauce gets absorbed too fast.

Yuppers. That's how grandma did. That's how mom did it. That's how I do it.

I asked around work, and apparently I'm in the minority.

I don't even mix it for leftovers. The pasta soaks up all the sauce and I don't like it that dry.

EXACTLY

Pasta is much much better when the sauce isn't soaked up into it. It also seems to be more mushy and gummy when the sauce is mixed into it.

I like for my pasta to be drained very well before putting the sauce over it too.
