if you are worried lokkie you can put it on a skillet or pan of some sort and let hte grill outside be an oven
wont heat up the house that way

smoke the salmon as low as you can for as long as you can....
smoked salmon = pure awesomeness.

Fill saucepan with duck fat (olive oil if no duck fat available) and heat to 145 degrees
Salt and pepper both sides of the salmon
Cook for about 5-10 mins
