well. 8 hours after starting the last book, i finally fully appreciate why everyone said name of the wind was an adult harry potter. even though i know how potter ends, that bitch is still managing to swing my emotions around. when harry connects the dots on the deathly hallows i swear i got as excited as he did.  it's a little embarrassing.

I almost gave myself a lobotomy so I wouldn't feel such strong loathing when I was plodding through the last book. God only knows why she thought it needed to be so long considering how empty it was.

yeah. i mean i get why she wanted to convey how hopeless and lonely they were. but that isht didn't need to be half the book. it was like order of the phoenix all over again.

That book was the one that made my wife quit reading them.
I figured it was this....
Rowlings doesn't know what a guy going through puberty is like, so she wrote Harry as a girl going through puberty.... Hence, a whiny little bitch that everyone wants to slap.
