According to the "law" you are right, according to perception or "the feeling of being guilty" its collateral. Same with a speeding ticket for being only slightly above, parking where you shouldn't for 2 min to pick up medicine for your child, or in AC terms, alt-tabbing to look something up in ACwiki, taking a quick piss/answering the door or letting kids play who wont be able to respond. Do you really want to see all those "small time offenders" removed from the game by a ban, or only the few hard-core 24/7 UCMs ?
My point is: Most of us bend the rules of "society" sooner or later, some more, some less. Very few can honestly say they never did anything wrong and some cheat all the time because they think they are above the crowd. If you take a magnifying glass to a persons life you can find a flaw in almost everyone, it's just a matter how close you look. It's a hint of white, a hint of black, and an immense sea of gray in between mixed with a ton of interpretation.

I should mention I have no 3rd party app's on my comp...no decal, no vtank nada don't even want to think about the kind of mess they could of made if I had that.
