geez louise what a mess that was lol...about 5 months ago I strated letting the kids play my odd account got a couple mid level toons on it so I can stick them in fiuns or 70 or bugs dungeons well anyways a few times they got reported for UCM cause they cannot ype and fight at same time but on a few occassions I was not close enough to intercept and well 3 day ban which kind of made me mad cause the +Envoy that always came around knew I was letting my grandkids play that toon only anyways this happened like 3 or 4 times yesterday it was baned for 1 yr for CoC Violations.
The phone call this morning started out passing me around from department to department until I finally got someone with a brain...and actual HUMAN yeah a person! so I explain what had happened and he starts going in on his speel and I asked him if he had heard ANYTHING I JUST SAID? Someone was listening to the call and interurpt mr CoC speeler and said well I did and I understand your upset but please realize.....anyways I will be getting my account back BUT the kids cannot play UNLESS I or another adult can respond if they happen to get reported again.
I just want to say not all people are UCMers some are little people who run no programs and cannot kill and talk at same time.

Might be, might be not.
My 5y old girl plays just fine without being able to read or understand english, she recognizes the icons and stuff and that's enough for her. If you go by the rules she wouldn't be allowed to play since she's not able to respond to an Envoy.
And yes, you are right, Turbine probably has heard it all, and most of the time it probably was a cheap excuse, doesn't mean all were excuses though.
Going on a reporting spree will inevitably also generate collateral damage, who honestly turns off vtank and ports out of a dungeon before he takes a piss?
