Actually, you know, Lugians appear to be one of the more enlightened types of creatures. They will call for help in battle, they have built an entire city, and they have scholars among them. When was the last time you ever saw a Tusker selling books?

Stargren, you're right, of course: unfortunately, they became bright (I think) after I started saying how stupid they were - my memory may be a little off here though. It's so long since I last did one of these.
