Well , running as admin didnt work , running in xp comp mode didnt work , moving the to a shorter path didnt work.
So unless you have the source code handy i cant see what else there is to do.

On Vista or Win7?
I've never had any luck installing it in program files which is where it defaults to. Create a new folder outside of Program Files and install AC there.
There's also some port issues that can be fixed relatively easy.
WTF would you need the source code for? I'm under the assumption you have absolutely no clue what your doing.

7 , as i said i installed in a different directory , there are no port issues they have been verified and no firewall blocking , besides firewall/port issues used to give different errors

AC's over a decade old. You can't really expect it to be fully functional with modern technology?
There will always be hoops to jump through as long as AC exists.
