Maybe it wasn't a burnt piece of TARDIS; maybe it was just a burnt piece of an actual Police Box.

The new Doctor has been kind of hit or miss for me so far but this one was amazing, IMHO. Really touching and a great story overall.

holy crap I agree. when they hit the resolution and there was still 13 minutes to go, I was like, umm...? but it didn't take me long to realize there was more to this story than just fighting another alien. I cried more at this episode than I have at ANY Doctor Who episode since season 1 with Chris Eccleston. It was completely beautiful.

ok guys I finally watched a new Doctor Who episode on BBCAmerica today....I REALLY do not like the new Doctor, I think I'm done with Doctor Who until another new Doctor is on

I'm usually able to give actors chances, especially when I haven't seen them in anything before

but I think its the hair, I honestly can't get over the 'I want to punch this guy in the face' feeling every time he's on screen

you know what, I hated David Tennant the first few episodes of season 2 but I quickly grew to like him.

wait a while and maybe give it another try in a few weeks. he's really not bad and his companion is fantastic.

Among the many things I've learned from Doctor Who, I've learned that change happens... not always for the better, but it's better than the alternative.

The Doctor: You want me to volunteer, is that it? And if I don't?
White Guardian: Nothing.
The Doctor: You mean nothing'll happen to me?
White Guardian: Nothing. Ever.

OK we are two for two... I really liked this one too. The Doctor was out of his element... less Pond and the rest of his usual baggage... more fun Doctor antics.

this one was mostly light, cute, and entertaining. actually, it was kind of refreshing.

also, was I the only one who caught the "Van Gogh" flyer clipped to the fridge in the apartment?

can't wait for the next one, this has a lot of promise to it. I got chills when Amy found the ring.
