If I recall correctly she already reinstalled twice. 
Like I said we've been too busy to clear out all the crap the extra drivers left behind so no real updates until we do that, probably tomorrow night.

Do other games work? If not you might want to check if you plugged in the power cable for the graphics card. I actually did that once.
